超声检查在肩袖撕裂诊断中的应用价值 被引量：9

摘要 目的:探讨肩袖撕裂的超声特征及其临床应用价值。方法:对60例怀疑有肩袖撕裂而行超声检查患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。诊断标准包括:完全性撕裂表现为肌腱消失和肌腱部分缺损,部分性撕裂表现为肌腱内局限性异常回声和肌腱局部变薄。将超声诊断结果与手术、肩关节造影或磁共振结果对比。结果:超声诊断敏感性94.6%(35/37),特异性82.6%(19/23),准确性90.0%(54/60)。结论:超声检查肩袖撕裂具有较高的应用价值,应作为首选检查方法,并在临床推广使用。
