实时三平面应变率成像评价高血压患者左心室长轴收缩功能在不同程度舒张功能障碍状态下的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的:实时三平面应变率成像技术来测量高血压患者在不同程度舒张功能障碍状态下的左心室长轴收缩功能的变化。方法:对照组26例和高血压组65例,均应用实时三平面成像技术显示同一时相的三个心脏切面,即心尖四腔心、心尖两腔心和心尖左心室长轴切面,依次显示后间隔和侧壁、下壁和前壁、后壁和前间隔,启用应变率分析软件,测量左心室各壁基底段和中间段的收缩期峰值应变率(SRs)。结果:根据左心室不同舒张功能障碍状态,将高血压患者分为松弛性降低组(31例)、假性正常化组(23例)和限制性充盈组(11例)3组。相应左心室壁各节段SRs比较,高血压患者均小于正常对照组(P<0.05,0.01),且松弛性降低、假性正常化、限制性充盈各组SRs逐渐减小(P<0.05,0.01)。结论:实时三平面应变率成像技术能准确地评价高血压患者在不同程度舒张功能障碍状态下的左心室长轴的收缩功能的变化。
