摘要
目的:探讨运动再学习对偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复的影响。方法 :将40例偏瘫患者随机分为学习组和对照组 ,两组患者接受一般康复。以Fugl Meyer评分法、Barthel指数进行治疗前后评定。结果 :学习组上肢功能、日常生活自理能力明显提高 ,上肢合并症减少 ;与对照组相比 ,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:运动再学习有利于进一步提高偏瘫上肢的综合能力 。
Objective:To explore effect of mortor relearning training on the recovery of upper extremity function in hemiplegia patients. Methods:Forty hemiplegia patients with stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups,Learning and control group 20 cases in each group received the same rehabilitation training.Fugl Meyer seale and Barthel Index were used to assess the function of all patients.Results:The upper extremity function and ability of daily life in the learning group all were obviously improved.The concomitant symptoms were reduced the learning group showed significant gains compare with control group.Conclusion:Motor relearning training might be effective for improving function of upper extremity of hemiplegia and the concomitant symptoms were reduced.
