摘要
[目的 ] 探讨鼠伤寒沙门氏菌porin(STM -porin)诱导BALB/C小鼠迟发性变态反应和T淋巴细胞转移保护的能力。 [方法 ] 迟发型变态反应 (DTH) ,采用足垫肿胀法 ;利用尼龙毛柱纯化免疫BALB/C小鼠的T淋巴细胞通过尾静脉转移到非免疫小鼠 ,再用 5 0 0LD50 的STM攻击。 [结果 ] 用STM -porin免疫的BABL/C小鼠可以产生明显的DTH ;同时T淋巴细胞被动免疫保护也明显高于LPS组 (P <0 0 1)。 [结论 ] 结果说明STM -porin可能诱导BALB/C小鼠产生较强的DTH和T淋巴细胞免疫保护。
Objective] To investigate level of delayed-tpye hypersensitivity (DTH) and transfered protective rate of T cell induced by porin of Salmonella typhimurium (STM).[Methods] Level of delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) of immunized BALB/C mice were determined by footpad swelling and transfered protective rate of T cells puried by nelony wool was studied with 500 LD 50 of the bacteria (intraperitoneally).[Result] A marked level of DTH(3 6±0 2) and the immunized T cells transfered protective rate (42.9%) in immunized BALB/C mice were significant higher than control group (Lps group) P<0 01. [Conclusion] These results indicated that porin of STM may induce stronger DTH and transfered protective rate of T cells in BALB/C mice.
