摘要
[目的 ] 利用F-—La3 + -茜素络合酮三元络合物 ,在汞电极上吸附对F-进行极谱测定。 [方法 ] 在含有La3 + 、茜素络合酮、六次甲基四胺、氯化铵和乙酰丙酮的底液中 ,在示波极谱仪上 ,峰电位为 -0 77V(VsSDE)测定氟。 [结果 ] 一阶导数峰高与F-浓度在 0 0 0 2~ 1μg/L之间成良好的线性关系。检测限达 0 0 0 1μg/L。[结论 ] 该法具有良好的选择性和重现性 ,许多常见离子不干扰测定。能成功地应用于大气中氟的测定。
Objective] To study the new method of determination of fluorine in atmosphere with oscillopolarography.[Methods] In the system of La 3+ -alizarin complexone hexamethylenetetramine-NH 4CL-actoacetone, F produce a sensitive oscilloplarographic adsorptive wave with peak potential at -0.77 V (Vs SCE).[Result] The peak of first derivation is proportional to the concentration of F - in range of 0.002~1μg/10ml. The detection limit is 0.001μg/10ml. Many metallic and nonmetallic ions do not interfere with determination of F -.[Conclusion] The method has been used to analysis of fluorine in atmosphere.
