摘要
目的观察中药结合针刺疗法治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。方法选取150例坐骨神经痛患者,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者采用中药结合针刺疗法治疗,对照组患者仅采用针刺疗法治疗,治疗2个疗程,对两组患者的疗效进行比较。结果治疗组显效率30/74(40.54%)、总有效率70/74(94.59%),对照组显效率20/73(27.40%)、总有效率54/73(73.98%),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药结合针刺治疗坐骨神经痛能够明显提高疗效,具有较好的临床意义。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in treatment of patients with seiatica. Methods 150 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in study group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture,and patients in control group were treated by acupuncture,and all of them were treated for two therapeutic courses,then therapeutic effects were compared between these two groups. Results The cured and markedly effective rate was 30/74（40.54% ）in the treatment group and 70/74（94.59%）. The cured and markedly effective rate was 20/73（27.40%）and 54/73（73.98%） in the control group,and the differences were significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The rate of effectiveness in patients with sciatica treated by traditional Chinese medicinecombined with acupuncture play an important role in identifying Jueyin disease,significantly improving the efficacy of treating frozen shoulder.
