摘要
目的:从文献计量学角度分析国内针灸治疗坐骨神经痛的研究现状,总结规律,为临床决策提供思路和依据。方法:围绕针灸治疗坐骨神经痛的临床实践中相关的重点问题系统检索相关文献,运用文献计量学方法对针灸治疗本病进行定量分析。结果:共检出301篇有效文献,分别发表在102种期刊上;以临床研究类文献为主;综合疗法是常用治法;环跳、阳陵泉、委中、昆仑、秩边、承山等为常用穴位。结论:针灸疗法对本病有很好的止痛作用,并且具有见效快、有效期长的优点,值得临床广泛使用;但目前临床研究水平偏低,针灸作用机理研究匮乏,样本含量低,研究标准混乱,需进一步加强高质量临床试验的研究和探讨。
Objective：To reflect present situation of studies on acupunetureand moxibustion for treatment of Sciatica, so as to provide thinking and evidence for further clinical researches. Methods ： Oriented from key issues in the clinical practice of acupuncture,we searched the current clinical researches. Quantitative analysis on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of Sciatica is carried out with bibliometric method,using CNKI, VIP, WF as data resource. Results：A total of 301 papers are effective, which are published on 102 journals; more clinical studies are involved; combined therapy is commonlyuesd method,and Huantiao （ GB 30） ,Yanglingquan （GB34） ,Weizhong（BIA0） ,Kunlun （BIf30） ,Zhibian （ BL54）, Chengshan（ GB 34） are commonly - used acupoints. Conclusion：Acupuncture treatment of this disease often have very good analgesic effect, and have quick results, the advantage of a long period, so as to be worthy of wider use; The level of clinical study on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of Sciatica is lower;studies on the mechanism are insufficient; it is suggested that studies on the best combined program of comprehensive treatment ways and reserch standard need to be further strengthened.
