重型创伤性脑损伤高场强磁共振弥散张量成像评估研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价高场强磁共振弥散张量成像检查在重型颅脑损伤伤情评估方面的应用价值。方法统计2010年3月~2012年9月42例STBI患者临床资料,对患者急性期行GCS评分,评估患者病情严重性,并进行常规MR检查,同时进行高场强DTI检查。结果 42例STBI患者中,常规MR检查共检出98个病灶,高场强DTI检查共检出119个病灶;小于2mm的微小病灶组中,常规MR检查共检出7个病灶,高场强DTI检查共检出22个病灶。结论高场强DTI检查较常规MR检查对微小病灶检出率较常规MR高,其结果可以作为评估STBI患者病情严重性的有力工具。 [Objective] Objective To Evaluate the value of the assessment of injury of high-field-strength magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging check in severe traumatic brain injury. Methods Statistics the clinical data of 42 STB! patients from March 2010 to September 2012,patients with acute stage were given GCS score to assess the severity of the patient's condition. At the same time,conventional MR imaging and high field strength DTI scans were checked. Results 42 cases of the STBI patients,conventional MR imaging detected 98 lesions,high field strength DTI scans of 119 lesions were detected;Less than 2 mm tiny lesion group,conventional MR examination 7 lesions were detected,high field strength DTI scans of 22 lesions were detected. Conclusion The high field strength DTI scans compared with conventional MR imaging of small lesions detection rate than conventional MR,the results can be used as a powerful tool to assess the severity of the STBI patients.
