摘要
目的探讨肝硬化合并肺结核患者治疗体会。方法选取近年来河源市人民医院诊治的肝硬化合并肺结核患者87例作为研究对象。全部患者在常规基础上采用金水宝联合肝复乐进行治疗;统计患者治疗效果,并分析治疗体会。结果治疗中因病情过重死亡8例,病死率为9.2%。肺结核治疗后痰菌转阴患者72例(占82.8%);病灶出现明显吸收患者76例(占90.5%);空洞缩小闭合患者65例(占74.7%)。肝硬化治疗后肝功能ALT复常率为88.5%(77/87),AST复常率为90.8%(79/87),T-BiLi复常率为83.9%(73/87),GGT复常率为66.7%(58/87);肝纤维化指标及B超检测指标均明显优于治疗前。结论采用金水宝联合肝复乐对肝硬化合并肺结核患者进行治疗,效果显著,对肾功能影响小,不良反应情况少,病死率低。
