摘要
目的总结鼻出血患者的护理经验。方法通过对患者实施心理护理、鼻腔填塞的护理、病情观察、饮食护理、口腔护理、术前、术后护理等。结果 176例鼻出血患者得到及时、有效的治疗和护理,无并发症发生。结论根据鼻出血患者的不同情况采取不同的止血方法,针对不同患者采取相应的护理措施,大大减轻了患者的不适,促进了患者的康复。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of nasal bleeding patients. Methods Through to carry out psychological care for patients, nasal packing condition observation, nursing,diet nursing,oral nursing,preoperative, postoperative nursing. Results 176 cases of epistaxis patients received timely, effective treatment and nursing,without complication. Conclusion According to the nasal hemorrhage in patients with different situations of different hemostatic methods,according to different patients and take corresponding nursing measures,and reducing patient discomfort,promote rehabilitation of patients.
