摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下电凝治疗鼻腔深部顽固性鼻出血的治疗。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析泗洪县医院收治的71例鼻腔深部顽固性鼻出血患者临床资料。结果治愈71例,总有效率100%。所有患者术后全身应用抗生素预防感染3-4天,5例术后第2天鼻腔少量出血,鼻内镜检查见鼻中隔前端黏膜及下鼻甲黏膜擦伤创面出血,经电凝后止血。鼻腔粘连2例,经鼻内镜下分离置明胶海绵治愈。结论鼻内镜技术结合中、下鼻甲骨折移位,对探查鼻腔深部的出血点据有重要意义,对出血部位进行准确电凝是止血的成功关键。
Objective To discusses the electrocoagulation treamnent of intractable nosebleed in deep nasal cavity under nasal endoscope.Methods The clinical data of 71 cases of intractable nosebleed admiUed in SiHong Hospital wore retrospectively analyzed.40 of them is elite the total effective rate reaching 100% Using antibiotics in the bedy to prevent infection 3-4 days after the treatment it was found 5 cases nasal bleeding the next day and they underwent raw surface hemorrhage of nasal septum membrane and inferior turbinate mucosa in the endoscopic survey which stopped bleeding after electrocoagulation.2 cases had nasal synechia.They were treated by separation under endoscope and by embedding gelatin sponge.Conclusion The combination of endoscopic techniques and displacement fracture on middle turbinate inferior turbinate is of great importance to the exploration of hemorrhagic spot in the deep nasal cavity moreover electric coagulation towards the bleeding part is the key to stop bleeding.
