摘要
鉴于目前肿瘤治疗方法中存在的强烈副作用,从天然药物中寻找高效,低副作用的抗肿瘤新成分以成为国内外研究的热点,而天然生物碱就有广泛的研究,开发,利用前景,目前已研制出多种新药,在临床上取得了不错的疗效.依据目前文献中报道的研究成果,将天然生物碱抗肿瘤的作用机制和研究现状进行总结归纳,以期为已探明生物碱的利用和新生物碱开发提供信息和思路.
In view of the strong side effects existing in the methods of current tumor treatment,finding high efficiency,low side effect new anti-tumor ingredients from natural drugs has been the central issue of research both at home and abroad.Then natural alkaloids have a extensive research,development and utilization prospects.They have been developed into a variety of new drugs which have got good curative effect on clinic.According to the reports on the research results in the literature,this paper summarized the mechanism of action and present situation about the anti-tumor activity of natural alkaloids in order to provide information and ideas about the use of proven alkaloid and the development of new alkaloids.
