摘要
目的:研究当归补血汤对肉瘤S180的抑制作用。方法:观察当归补血汤对肉瘤S180抑制作用。结果:当归补血汤(高中低剂量)组的抑瘤率分别为48%、40%、37%,生命延长率分别为149.59%、66.12%、43.80%。结论:当归补血汤能安全有效地抑制肉瘤S180,有很好的利用前景,而且安全无毒,值得推广应用。
Objective ：To investigate the anti -tumor effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction. Methods：The inhibiting func- tion on sarcoma S180 of Danggui Buxue Decoction was observed. Results：Tumor inhibition rates of Danggui Buxue Decoc- tion at high, medium and low doses were 48% , 40% , 37% , respectively. The life extension rates were 149.59% , 66. 12% ,43.80% ,respectively. Conclusion：Danggui Buxue Decoction has a good anti -tumor effect. There are good pros- pects for the use and no acute toxicity and it should be widely applied.
