摘要
目的:评价经导管介入治疗室间隔缺损(VSD)的疗效,比较与传统外科手术治疗的优势。方法:回顾分析2005年1月至2011年12月收治的58例采用介入治疗VSD的患者作为观察组,同期采用传统外科手术治疗的连续的58例VSD患者作为对照组,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组并发症发生率、住院时间等明显少于对照组,手术成功率两组无差异。结论:较传统外科手术治疗,介入治疗VSD安全有效,并发症少,住院时间短,值得在临床广泛推广。
Objective： To compare the efficacy on transcatheter interventional therapy with traditional surgery treatment on ventricular septal defect （VSD）. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with VSD from January 2005 to December 2011 were collected, and randomly divided into observation group （58 cases） and control group （58 cases）. The former group patients accepted interventional therapy, and the latter group patients were given tra- ditional surgical treatment. The clinical curative effect between two groups were compared by retrospective analysis. Results： The incidence rate of complications and length of stay were obviously less in observation group than in control group. The operation achievement rate between the two groups showed no statistical difference. Conclu- sion： The interventional treatment on VSD is safe and effective, with fewer complications and shorter hospital stay when compared with traditional surgical treatment, the therapy is worth of applicaion.
