摘要
目的探讨经胸微创封堵术治疗继发孔房间隔缺损的临床疗效及安全性,并与传统外科手术治疗进行对比。方法经超声心动图和临床表现诊断为继发孔房间隔缺损患者,其中采用经胸微创封堵术治疗者23例,采用传统外科手术治疗者19例,进行年龄、性别、体重、NYHA心功能分级、住院天数、手术时间、ICU住院时间、输血量、引流量、并发症发生率的比较。结果两组的年龄、性别、体重、心功能比较差异无统计学意义,而经胸微创封堵术治疗与传统外科手术治疗比较住院天数、手术时间、ICU住院时间更短,输血量、引流量更少,但是并发症发生率更高。结论经胸微创封堵术操作简单,术后恢复快,是治疗继发孔房间隔缺损的理想手段之一。
[Objective] To investgate clinical effect and safety of ostium secundum atrial septal defect treatment via one-stop hybrid and traditional surgical procedures. [Methods] 42 patients were diagnosed ostium secundum atrial septal defect by ultrasoundcardiogram and chnical manifestation, divided into one-stop hybrid procedure group （n=23） and traditional surgical procedure （n=19）. Age, gender, weight, cardiac function, hospital day, operation time, ICU hospital time, blood transfusion amount, drainage amount and incidence of complication between two groups were compared. [Results] Age, gender, weight and cardiac function had no difference between two groups, but hospital day, operation time and ICU hospital time was shorter, blood transfusion amount and drainage amount was few, incidence of complication was more in one-stop hybrid procedure group than traditional surgical procedure. [Conclusion] One-stop hybrid procedure was simple,could make a quick recovery postoperation and was an ideal method of ostium seeundum atrial septal defect treatment.
