摘要
报道了利尻海带配子体和幼孢子体的室内培养、育苗、暂养及海区栽培的研究结果。在 2 0 0 0lx照度下 ,利尻海带配子体生长的最适温度为 2 0℃ ,配子体成熟的最适温度为 1 0℃。幼孢子体生长的最适温度为 1 0℃。采用配子体采苗方式培育出利尻海带幼苗 ,经过 30d海区暂养幼苗长度达 1 5cm以上。分苗后经 6个月的浮筏栽培 ,培育成藻体长度 6 8m、宽度 32cm的利尻海带成藻。
This paper deals with the indoor culture of gametophytes and young sporophytes, seed rearing and cultivation technique for \%Laminaria ochotensis\% Under conditions of 2000 lx, the metophytes grow and mature best at 20℃ and 10℃ respectively The seedlings produced by seed collecting of gametophytes can reach over 15 cm through holding culture for 30 d, which can grow up to adult seaweed 6 8 m in length and 32 cm in width through raft cultivation of six months after seed separation
