摘要
本文报导了海带目一些藻类的自由配子体在室内长期保存培养过程中逐渐出现成熟率降低的现象。这种现象随着保存培养时间的增长而愈加明显。文中论述了产生这种现象的原因并探讨了如何长期保持海带目藻类自由配子体成熟的方法。
In this paper, a early-mature type'and a late-mature type of gametophytes in some Laminariales have been reported. The character of early-mature type and late-mature type can keep on a longer time. In the case of culturing free gametophytes for reservation in the room, the mature rate of free gametophytes was less due to the reproduction of the late-mature type of gametophytes. And the longer the time of cultivation, the lower the mature rate will be.By the method of picking out the early-mature type it in a definite time and culturing them in a suitable condition will keep the maturity of free gametophytes for a longer time.
