摘要
学校特色发展是我国深化教育改革、推进素质教育的历史必然,是我国基础教育由普及到质的跨越的现代转变,也是学校自身生存和发展所必须面对的根本问题,更是衡量一所学校办学水平和人才培养质量的重要标志。然而,当前学校特色发展还存在流于形式和盲目定位、学校特色发展同质化状况严重、提升学校核心竞争力的目标不明确等问题。因此,这就需要我们对学校特色发展做深入的思考,不断探索。只有在尊重基础教育规律的基础上,抓住育人为本的本质与核心,才能真正地走出发展的误区。
Featured development of school is not only historically necessary to propel quality education and the modern transformation of basic education, but also the fundamental problem the schools must be faced with for their survival and development as well as the measure of a school＇s running level and quality of talent cultivation. However, at present featured development of school is still formalistic and aimlessly orientated, and confronted with homogenration and indeterminated aim of promoting core competitiveness, which needs deepgoing thinking and continuous exploration. Only by respecting the law of basic education and grasping the essence and core of featured education can we step off the misunderstanding of development.
