摘要
特色学校的独特载体是学校特色,特色学校的创建是一个自主发展过程,表现为"特色点——特色面——特色体"的培育过程、"特色理念——特色行动——特色成果"的运行进程、"合格——特色——优质"的发展历程。当前特色学校的创建还存在仓促创建、流于形式和盲目定位、自我陶醉两大问题。围绕改变学校同质化现状,提升学校核心竞争力的目标,培育学校特色和创建特色学校要注重各级教育部门在特色学校建设中的导向和推动作用、积极利用教育研究机构的智力支持和引领作用、充分发挥学校在创建过程中的核心主体作用。
The unique carrier for featured schools is their features. Fostering featured schools is an independently developing course in its cultivating process (featured points----featured phases--featured systems), its operating process (.featured ideas---featured actions--featured results) as well as its developing process (being qualified--fea- tured-excellent). Currently, problems exit in hastiness and formalism as well as blind positioning and self-delusion in fostering featured schools. Therefore,regarding changing the stereotypes, educational administrations of different levels should bring their roles of guidance and promotion to full play, actively exploit the intellectual support and guiding functions of educational research institutes and develop schools' subject roles so as to better their core competitiveness, cultivate their features and foster featured schools.
