摘要
目的:建立口腔炎喷雾剂的质量控制方法。方法:薄层色谱法对蒲公英、忍冬藤进行定性鉴别;高效液相色谱法对马钱苷进行含量测定,以GraceSmart RP C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为分析柱,甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(15:85)为流动相;流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长:236 nm。结果:薄层色谱中均能明显地检出蒲公英、忍冬藤,马钱苷在0.022 0～0.882 0μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.2%,RSD=0.8%(n=6)。结论:本法简便,准确,专属性强,可以作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective：To establish a method for the quality control of Kouqiangyan sprays.Method：Taraxaci Herba and Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis were identified by TLC.HPLC for the determination of loganin was conducted on a GraceSmart RP C_（18）（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） column with methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid solution（15：85） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^（-1）,and the detection wavelength was set at 236 nm.Result：The calibration curve of loganin was linear within the range of 0.022 0 -0.882 0μg,（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 98.2%with RSD of 0.8%（n =6）.Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate,and suitable for the quality control of Kouqiangyan sprays.
