摘要
目的:建立口腔炎喷雾剂的质量控制方法。方法:薄层色谱法对蒲公英、忍冬藤进行定性鉴别;高效液相色谱法对马钱苷进行含量测定,以GraceSmart RP C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为分析柱,甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(15:85)为流动相;流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长:236 nm。结果:薄层色谱中均能明显地检出蒲公英、忍冬藤,马钱苷在0.022 0~0.882 0μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.2%,RSD=0.8%(n=6)。结论:本法简便,准确,专属性强,可以作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective:To establish a method for the quality control of Kouqiangyan sprays.Method:Taraxaci Herba and Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis were identified by TLC.HPLC for the determination of loganin was conducted on a GraceSmart RP C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) column with methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid solution(15:85) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^(-1),and the detection wavelength was set at 236 nm.Result:The calibration curve of loganin was linear within the range of 0.022 0 -0.882 0μg,(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.2%with RSD of 0.8%(n =6).Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,and suitable for the quality control of Kouqiangyan sprays.
