摘要
随着信息时代的到来,海南大学图书馆转变基础服务观念,积极开拓创新,基于"以人为本"的理念,重新规划部门布局,注重细节服务,努力提升基础服务质量,对高校图书馆开展读者服务的创新有一定的借鉴意义。
With the advent of the information age, Hainan University's library changes traditional concept of basic service, makes active exploration and innovation, replans the department layout according to the people-based conception, pays the attention to the detail service, improves the quality of basic service, having some references to the innovation of university library's reader service.
