摘要
综述了金属填充聚合物功能材料的聚合物基材、功能填料、界面性能及成型工艺条件的研究现状,功能材料在导电、导热等方面的应用,并展望了其发展前景。
It reviewed the researches on polymer matrix,functional filler,interfacial properties and processing conditions of metal-filled polymer functional material,the applications of functional material to electric conduction and thermal conduction.It also forecasted its developing prospect.
