摘要
针对棉型机织物常规高温前处理工艺存在的纤维强力损失大和能耗高等问题,设计了低温(50~80℃)低碱一步法前处理工艺。通过单因素试验优化了工艺参数:30%H2O285 g/L、NaOH 20 g/L、偏硅酸钠5 g/L、稳定剂EDDHA-Na 4 g/L、非离子表面活性剂FMEE 2 g/L、E-1310 2 g/L、高效渗透剂3 g/L、活化剂DZ-1 4 g/L,50~80℃下处理90 min。考察该工艺的适用性表明,不同规格的棉及涤棉织物经此工艺处理后,能基本满足后续染整加工要求。
Owing to high fiber strength loss and large energy consumption in the traditional high temperature pretreatment of cotton-based woven fabric, one-step low-alkali pretreatment process with high concentration of hydrogen peroxide at low-temperature(50 -80 ℃) are carried out. The process conditions are optimized through single-factor experiments as follows: 30% H2O2 85 g/L, NaOH 20 g/L , sodium metasilicate 5 g/L, stabitizer EDDHA-Na 4 g/L, nonionic surfactant FMEE 2 g/L, E-1310 2 g/L, high-efficiency penetrating agent 3 g/L, activator DZ-1 4 g/L, treating at 50 -80 ℃ for 90 min. The result of applicability experiments shows that the treated cotton fabrics and polyester-cotton fabrics with various specifications can meet the requirements of subseauent dveina and finishina process.
