摘要
采用8.3tex X-COOL凉爽纤维纱为原料,根据原料规格、设备参数、线圈结构.开发具有保健功能的罗纹空气层针织面料.分别使用Na2CO3、30%H2O2、分散黄GD对该罗纹空气层针织面料进行高温高压煮练、漂白、染色以及定形等染整工艺,研究煮练、漂白、染色对X-COOL凉爽纤维针织面料白度、顶破强力及染色性能的影响,并对该面料的凉爽性进行测试.结果表明,在该生产工艺下,X-COOL凉爽纤维面料最终强力达到698.5N,上染率78.90%,K/S值为2.684,缩水率横向为-1.86%,纵向为1.16%,符合服用性能的要求,同时其独特的功能性更适应开发具有较高附加值的服装面料.
The study develops a new milano rib knitted fabric with health function by using 8.3tex X-COOL fiber yarn, according raw materialrs specification, equipment parameters and loop construction. After that , Na2CO3,30% H2O2 and disperse yellow GD are used to make high temperature, high pressure scouring, bleaching, dyeing and setting on the functional XCOOL fiber milano rib knitted fabric. The influences of scouring, bleaching and dyeing on bursting stength,whiteness,and K/S value are explored, cool touch of the finished functional X-COOL fiber milano fib knitted fabric tested. The results show that this kind of new function- al milano rib knitted fabric performs well. The bursting strength, whiteness and K/S value is 698.5N,78.90% ,2. 684 respectively. Water-shrinkage is -1.86% at coursewise and 1.16% at wale wise ,which is suitable for dress adornment and can develop high value-addded fabric.
