摘要
采用不同灸治时程治疗阳虚小鼠模型 ,显示出不同灸治时程对阳虚小鼠模型的红细胞C3b受体花环率、红细胞免疫复合物花环率的影响存在差异。灸 1 5min可显著提高阳虚小鼠红细胞C3b受体花环率、红细胞免疫复合物花环率 ,灸 5min、2 5min则无显著作用。
Different durations of moxibustion were used for treatment of the mice of Yang deficiency.Results indicated that different durations of moxibustion had different effects on erythrocyte C 3b rosette formation rate and erythrocyte immunocomplex rosettle formation rate;moxibustion for 15min could markedly increase erythrocyte C 3b rosette formation tate and erythrocyte immunocomplex rosette formation rate,but moxibustion for 5min and 25 min did not have obvious effect on them.It is suggested that the duration of moxibustion can influence the efficacy to a certain extent.
