摘要
采用静态渗透室装置 ,测定异丁香酚皮片涂药后不同时间对小鼠离体皮肤透皮吸收率 ,异丁香酚采用GC法测定 ,结果 :异丁香酚经离体小鼠皮肤的渗透率随时间的增加而增加 ,2 4h后 ,异丁香酚的渗透率为 1 0 0 %。结论
To study the permeability of isoeugenol through skins of mice in vitro.A static glass diffusion cell system was used.Samples were collected at different time after the isoeugenol was applied.The concentration of isoeugenol in the samples was measured by GC.It showed that the permeabilities of isoeugenol through skins of mice gradually increased within the experiment time.The permeabilities of isoeugenol through the skins of mice at 24h post application was 1 00% The result showed that isoeugenol may be absorbed through skins of mice in vitro after it is applied.
