摘要
目的:研究盐酸萘替芬软膏制剂对离体人皮、豚鼠皮透皮吸收率。方法:采用静态渗透室装置,皮片涂药后不同时间采样,样品中盐酸萘替芬浓度采用高效液相色谱方法测定。结果:盐酸萘替芬经离体人皮、豚鼠皮的渗透率均随着时间的增加而缓慢地增加,36h后,盐酸萘替芬经离体人皮及豚鼠皮的渗透率分别为3.489%和0.726%。结论:盐酸萘替芬软膏人及豚鼠局部皮肤给药后,可能大部分滞留在皮肤表面上,很少透皮吸收。
OBJECTIVE: To study the permeability of naftifine hydrochloride ointment through skins of guinea pigs and human beings in vitro. METHODS: A static glass diffusion cell system was used.Samples were collected at different time after the drug was applied.The concentration of naftifine hydrochloride in the samples was measured by HPLC. RESULTS: It showed that the permeability of naftifine hydrochloride through skins of guineap pigs and human beings gradually increased in a slowly manner within the experimental time.The permeability of naftifine hydrochloride through the skins of guinea pigs and human beings at 36hr postapplication were 3.489% and 0.726% respectively. CONCLUSION: Large amount of naftifine hydrochloride may remain in the surface of the skins,and a little may be absorbed through skins of guinea pigs and human beings in vitro after the drug is applied.
