摘要
2-(N-甲氧基)亚氨基-2-苯基乙酸异松蒎酯是在乙醇钠为催化剂的作用下经2-(N-甲氧基)亚氨基-2-苯基乙酸乙酯与异松蒎醇发生酯交换反应所得.该反应条件为:n(2-(N-甲氧基)亚氨基-2-苯基乙酸乙酯)∶n(异松蒎醇)∶n(乙醇钠)=2∶3∶3,反应温度为120～130℃,反应设置为减压蒸馏装置,并用薄层色谱跟踪反应终点,产率可达到47.62%.经TLC、1HNMR、13CNMR、IR对合成产物结构及纯度进行了表征,其结构与目标产物基本吻合.
2-（N-methoxy） imino-2-phenylacetic different pine pino ester is synthesized from ethyl 2-（N- methoxy） imino-2-phenylacetate and different pine pino alcohol with catalyst of sodium ethoxide. The conditions for the reaction are obtained as follows： the ratio of ethyl 2-（N-methoxy） imino-2-phenylacetate to different pine pino alcohol to sodium ethoxide is 2：3：3; reaction temperature 120-130 ℃; reaction setting is vacuum distillation apparatus; use the thin layer chromatography to track reaction end point; the yield is 47.62 %. The structure and purity of synthesized product are characterized by TLC, ^1HNMR, ^13CNMR, IR and the results show that they are consistent with the goal product.
