摘要
目的分析总结肝脏衰竭患者的MRI影像表现与病理结果的关系,确定MRI对肝脏衰竭的诊断意义。方法应用核磁共振扫描仪对21例慢性肝病患者行颅脑T1WI、T2WI扫描。结果患者颅脑MRI成像呈阳性者19例,出现双侧基底节区对称分布的T1WI高信号,T2WI为等或高信号,大脑脚异常信号。结论 MRI能准确反映肝性脑病的信号特点,具有临床诊断意义。
Objective To analyze the relationship liver failure patients, to determine the diagnostic nuclear magnetic resonance scanner in 21 patients Patients with brain MRI imaging was positive in 19 between MRI manifestations and pathological results summary of significance of MRI in liver failure. Methods The application of with chronic liver disease of brain T1WI, T2WI scanning. Results patients, bilateral basal ganglia appear symmetrical distribution of the high signal on T1WI, T2WI and high signal in cerebral peduncle, abnormal signal. Conclusion MRI can accurately reflect the signal characteristics of hepatic encephalopathy,with clinical significance.
