摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜治疗胆囊炎合并胆总管结石的临床治疗方法和效果。方法选取本院2009年12月至2012年12月收治的35例胆囊炎合并胆总管结石患者设为观察组,给予腹腔镜治疗,选取同期35例进行常规手术治疗的胆囊炎合并胆总管结石患者设为对照组,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组手术成功率100%,残余结石率0%,并发症发生率0%;对照组手术成功率100%,残余结石率17.14%,并发症发生率20%。结论腹腔镜治疗胆囊炎合并胆总管结石具有确切的临床疗效,明显的减少了患者的恢复时间和术后并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the laparoscopic treatment of cholecystitis and choledocholithiasis clinical treatment methods and effects.Method To select this hospital from 2009 December to 2012 December treated 35 cases of cholecystitis and choledocholithiasis patients as observation group,giving the laparoscopic treatment of 35 cases,chosen at routine operation for treatment of cholecystitis and choledocholithiasis patients as control group,the patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The observation group operation success rate of 100%,residual stone rate was 0%,the rate of complications was 0%;the control group operation success rate of 100%,residual stone rate of 17.14%,the incidence of complications was 20%.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of cholecystitis and choledocholithiasis has exact curative effect,reduce patient recovery time and postoperative complications,worthy of clinical use.
