急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎三镜联合治疗的临床研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨三镜联合技术(十二指肠镜、腹腔镜、胆道镜)在急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎(AOSC)中应用的优点及适应证。方法采用三镜联合技术对79例AOSC患者行微创治疗。结果 79例患者均成功行十二指肠镜诊治,72例患者顺利完成腹腔镜胆囊切除(LC)+胆总管探查(LCBDE)+术中胆道镜取石,术后患者均恢复良好。结论三镜联合技术治疗AOSC患者成功率高、疗效确切、安全性高、经济实用,在掌握适应证的情况下可作为治疗AOSC的首选术式。
