摘要
通过对热浸镀铝锌合金层在不同介质中的腐蚀产物的表面电阻测量、交流阻抗法测R_p及C_d、X—射线衍射等试验,从宏观到微观得出相互一致的结论,即55Al—Zn层在各种介质的腐蚀产物为一层致密的、不易导电的异相薄膜,它主要由含结晶水的硫酸铝锌的非晶体物质组成。它的生成有助于提高55Al—Zn层的耐蚀性。
Based on the determination of surface resistance, alternative impedence, X-ray diffraction analysis and etc., we have proved that the corrosion product is a protective film composed of aluminum compound with densitive structure and low electrical conductivity, which may act as barrier to further attack.
