摘要
开发人力资源是当今各国经济发展的宝贵经验。人力资源的开发离不开教育。教育产业化 ,就是要改变当前把所有教育当作公益性、福利性投资的做法 ,把部分教育推向市场 。
The exploitation of human resources, which is the precious experience of today’s economic development of many a country, cannot go on without education. The industrialization of education is to change the present situation in which education has been invested in as a welfare project, and push part of it into markets so that the education industry is sure of the healthy development conforming to the law of education and the need of markets.
