摘要
针对煤矿井下小型液压钻机钻进能力不足、搬运不便的问题,中煤科工集团重庆研究院研制了ZRJ20-400/300型乳化液钻机。介绍了ZRJ20-400/300钻机的主要技术参数设计、整体设计方案、液压系统设计特点和应用效果。
According to drilling capacity deficiency and handling inconvenience of Small hydraulic drill for coal mine, Chongqing Institute of China Coal Technology and Engineering Group have developed ZRJ20-400/300 emulsion drilling rig. Rig main parameter design, the overall design of the scheme, the design features of the hydraulic system and rig application effect have been introduced.
