摘要
根据手持式煤壁钻机等煤机设备的使用要求,设计了HPM40s轻便型非圆行星齿轮乳化液马达。设置变压式节流调速回路对现有马达测试系统进行了改进,使系统兼备了轻便型马达的测试能力,并完成了对HPM40s型马达的性能测试。
Based on the use requirement of the coal mine machinery such us the handheld coal stoker wall rig,the HPM40s portable emulsion motor with non-circular planetary gear was designed.It improved the existing motor testing system by setting transformer-throttling speed ？？control circuit,witch made the existing motor testing system can also test the portable motor,and it completed the performance testing of the HPM40s motor.
