摘要
目的:对急诊手外伤患者的就诊流程进行再造,缩短就诊时间,提高患者满意度。方法:设计新就诊流程,并增加改进措施。结果:就诊过程中部分可控流程的平均耗时缩短,护患纠纷率降低,患者满意度提高。结论:再造后的就诊流程整合了医疗资源,减少了护患纠纷,提高了患者满意度。
Purpose: outpatient service process reengineering of emergency patient with hand trauma can shorten treatment time and improve patient's satisfaction. Methods: design new treatment processes and increase improvement. The result: it shortens the average time of some controlled treatment process, reduces nurse-patient disputes, and enhances patient's satisfaction. Conclusion: after reengineering, the medical service integrates the medical resources, reduces the nurse-patient disputes, and increase patient satisfaction.
