合作创新具有资源共享、分担风险的优势,已称为企业技术创新的主要方式,合作伙伴的选择是进行技术创新的关键环节。采用层次分析法构建了合作伙伴的评估模型,并对指标分配了权重。运用模糊综合评价对待选伙伴进行分析评估,为技术创新联盟伙伴选择提供参考。
Cooperation innovation has the advantage of resource and risk sharing. It has been the main way for technology in company. The analysis hierarchy process is adopted to construct the evaluation model of partner and assign weight to the index. Applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and evaluate the candidate partner provides reference for the technology innovation alliance partner selection.
