基于知识转移视角的产业技术创新联盟内部合作对象匹配研究 被引量:2

摘要 产业技术创新联盟内部成员间的知识转移效率直接影响整个联盟知识创新绩效,选择合适的知识转移合作伙伴,是联盟成员在知识转移之前的重要工作.通过构建知识转移双方的满意度评价体系,科学设置各指标的相应权重,以知识转移双方最优满意度为目标,构建多目标优化模型,计算出知识转移双方匹配度,为创新联盟主体选择知识转移对象提供参考.最后,以南京某物联网企业联盟为实例,证明了该方法的有效性,并给出了产业技术创新联盟选择合适合作对象并提升联盟知识转移效率的相关管理建议. The performance of knowledge innovation alliance is directly affected by the knowledge transfer efficiency of the internal members among industrial technology innovation alliance. Choosing the appropriate knowledge transfer partners is an important task before alliance knowledge transfer. Through constructing knowledge transfer satisfaction evaluation system of both sides, scientifically setting corresponding weight of each knowledge transfer index, aiming at the optimal satisfaction of both sides of knowledge transfer, the multi-objective optimization model is constructed, and the matching degree of knowledge transfer sides is calculated, which could provide reference for the innovation alliance to select knowledge transfer objects. Finally, by taking a networked enterprise alliance in Nanjing as an example, validity of the method is proved, which gives the industrial technology innovation alliance some management suggestions to select the appropriate partners and enhance alliance knowledge transfer efficiency.
