不同浓度盐酸罗哌卡因在臂丛腋路复合肌间沟阻滞法中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨不同浓度的盐酸罗哌卡因在臂丛腋路复合肌间沟阻滞法中的应用。方法:将手术中需采用腋路复合肌间沟阻滞法麻醉的患者40例随机分为两组各20例,A组采用0.5%盐酸罗哌卡因麻醉,B组采用0.375%盐酸罗哌卡因麻醉。观察两组患者血流动力学的变化及麻醉的起效时间、镇痛持续时间及不良反应。结果:0.5%盐酸罗哌卡因在臂丛腋路复合肌间沟阻滞法中患者的麻醉起效时间短、镇痛持续时间长,效果均优于0.375%盐酸罗哌卡因麻醉,差异有统计学意义(均P﹤0.05)。2组血流动力学和不良反应比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:0.5%盐酸罗哌卡因可以安全有效地用于臂丛腋路复合肌间沟阻滞法。
