七氟烷麻醉复合肌间沟臂丛阻滞在小儿上肢手术中的应用

摘要 目的探讨肌间沟臂丛阻滞复合七氟炕麻醉在小儿上肢手术的临床应用效果。方法选择，肱骨骨折，尺桡骨骨折手术的患儿120例，在七氟烷麻醉下行肌间沟臂丛阻滞。观察清醒到睫毛反射消失的时间、肌间沟穿刺过程中的体动反应、术后清醒的时间和其间收缩压（SDP）、心率（HR）、脉搏氧饱和度（SPO2）的变化，以及不良反应的发生率。结果所有患者麻醉诱导前后、术中、术毕、苏醒期SDP、HR、SPO2这三个指标比较，均没有明显差异（P〉0．05），不良反应发生率低。结论肌间沟臂丛阻滞复合七氟烷麻醉在小儿手术中应用是安全、有效的。
