摘要
通过对2009年颁布的《香港公约》的初步解读,探讨绿色造船对国内船舶行业的重大意义。并以76000t散货轮"WOOLLOOMOOLOO"为实践对象,阐述了新造船申请GP(绿色通行证)证书的全过程,为后续船舶的申请积累经验。
Through a preliminary interpretation of the 2009 Hong Kong Convention, this paper discusses the huge significance of green ship building on the domestic ship industry. And taking the 76000t bulk carrier "WOOLLOOMOOLOO" as the example, this study elaborates the whole GP (Green Passport) application process for a newbuilding, so as to accumulate some experience for the application of future ships.
