摘要
目的制备辛伐他汀分散片,考察其溶出特性,筛选最佳处方。方法通过处方筛选,以流动性、可压性以及溶出度为指标,确定最终处方,并与市售辛伐他汀分散片进行对比。结果按优化处方制备的分散片与市售辛伐他汀分散片的溶出度对比平均高出15.8%。结论该法制备的辛伐他汀分散片溶出度比市售的分散片高,值得推广。
Objective To prepare Simvastatin Dispersed Tablets （SDT）, studied the character of its dissolubility and determine the optimal prescription. Method The mobility, compressibility and dissolution were selected as evaluation indexes, then determine the final prescription, and compared with the SDT on sale. Result The average dissolution of the optimized SDT was increased by 15.8 percent as compared with the SDT on sale. Conclusion The average dissolution of the optimized SDT is higher than the SDT on sale.
