摘要
目的观察平衡针灸对II型糖尿病血糖尿糖血脂指标的临床治疗疗效。方法 52例II型糖尿病患者经平衡针灸针刺"降糖穴"治疗3周后,观察其血糖、尿糖、TCH和TG指标针刺前与针刺后的变化,进行统计学分析。结果 52例患者针刺3周与针刺前空腹血糖、尿糖、TCH和TG比较,前后有明显差异(P<0.001)。结论平衡针灸对降低II型糖尿病血糖尿糖血脂指标有显著作用,是临床治疗II型糖尿病的有效方法之一。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Balance Acupuncture for lipid parameters, blood sugar, glucose in urine of type II diabetes patients. Methods 52 patients with type II diabetes, Acupuncture the ＂Jiangtang point＂ after three weeks of treatment, observe their blood sugar, urine sugar, TCH and TG indicators changes before and after acupuncture for statistical analysis. Results The fasting glucose, u rine sugar, TCH and TG have significant differences compare before and after three weeks acupuncture （ P 〈0. 001）. Conclusion Balance Acu- puncture has a distinct role in reducing blood sugar, glucose in urine, lipid parameters of type II diabetes patients, it is one of the clinical treat ment of type II diabetes.
