高师学生心理素质教育的内涵包括提高高师学生本身的心理素质和培养高师学生对中小学生进行心理素质教育的能力。高师学生心理素质教育的有效途径是:心理素质教育课程的建设;心理咨询和治疗;优化心理环境;
Psychological quality oriented education is one of the important contents of quality oriented education.Psychological quality oriented education in teachers universities can not only improve the students psychological quality,but also offer the assurance to psychological quality oriented education in schools.Its content includes two aspects:improvement of the students psychological quality in teachers universities;cultivation of the ability to put psychological quality oriented education in schools into effect in the future.And its efficient ways are:the curriculum construction;counseling and psychotherapy;improving psychological environment;self-education.
