摘要
目的探讨建立责任护士护理查房制度对综合护理质量的影响。方法将200例住院患者随机分为对照组及观察组。对照组100例由护士长选取病例指定一名资历较高的护士进行集体查房,每月1次;观察组100例实施责任护士护理查房制度。结果观察组整体护理质量、患者对护理工作的满意度优于对照组(均P<0.01),护理不良事件发生率相对低于对照组。结论责任护士护理查房制度的建立和施行促进了护理服务的良性运行。
Objective To explore the effect of charge-nurse-initiated nursing ward round system on general quality of nursing service. Methods Totally, 200 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 100 cases in each group. For the control group, the head nurse appointed a senior nurse to make a collective ward round once a month. For the observation group,the charge nurses initiated a ward round as needed. Results The overall quality of nursing service, patient satis- faction with nursing service in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.01 for all）. Conclusion The practice of charge-nurse-initiated nursing ward round system promotes well running of nursing services.
