摘要
目的：探讨新型组合式输尿管软镜治疗上尿路结石的术中配合。方法：采用德国铂立组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗上尿路结石20例（共24处结石位于肾盂13处，输尿管7处，膀胱4处，结石直径0．6-1．8cm）。结果：20例均一次碎石成功，无并发症发生。结论：护理人员熟悉手术设备、精密仪器的性能，熟悉掌握手术配合步骤及术后仪器设备的处理保养是保证手术顺利进行的关键。
Objective： To explore the cooperation in upper urinary calculi by a newly designed modular flexible ureteroscopy.Methods： Applied amodular design, semi-disposable flexible ureteroscopefor the treatment of upper urinary calculi in 20 patients with 24 calculi（13 in the renal pelvis, 7 in the upper ureter and 4 in bladder, the diameter of the calculi ranged from 0.6 cm to 1.8 cm）by using flexible ureterescopic lithotripsy with holmiu laser.Results： The operations went off successful, no severe complication.Conclusion： Holmium laser lithotripsy need many instruments and demannding cooperation, nurses familiarize the capability of the instruments and have a good mastery of procedure and maintenance of instruments are the key to successful operation.
