摘要
目的探讨新型组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗上尿路结石的疗效。方法对30例上尿路结石患者采用新型组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗。结石长径0.8～1.8cm,平均(1.3±0.4)cm。结果 26例(26/30)病例成功碎石,单次碎石成功率86.6%。手术时间30～90min,平均(55±8)min;术后住院2～5d,平均(3.1±0.8)d。无脓肾、输尿管穿孔及严重出血等并发症。结论应用新型组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗上尿路结石,疗效确切,并发症少,可以克服一体式输尿管软镜易损坏。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of holmium laser with modular flexible ureteroscope in the treat- ment of upper urinary calculi. Methods 30 cases of upper urinary calculi were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy through modular flexible ureteroscope. The diameter of the calculi ranged 0. 8～1.8 cm, averaging （1.3 ± 0. 4）cm. Results Lithotripsy was performed successfully in 26 patients （26/30）, with operation time of 30～90 （average 55± 8）min. Average post-operative hospital stay was （3.1±0. 8） days. No ureteral perforations or pyonephrosis occurred. Cooclusion Modular flexible ureteroscope is safe, convenient, and effective for lithotripsy of the upper urinary calculi.
