摘要
目的比较不同方法提取川芎中藁本内酯和阿魏酸及香附中α-香附酮的溶出度,确定最佳提取方法。方法建立测定藁本内酯、阿魏酸及α-香附酮的高效液相色谱法,测定川芎和香附先醚后醇、醇渗滤和水煎煮3种方法提取物中的指标成分的含量。结果川芎和香附先石油醚后75%乙醇提取的总有效成分含量最高。结论采用分部提取再合并的方法,可提高川芎和香附有效成分的溶出度和提取率,减少不稳定成分的损失。
Objective To compare different extractioin methods for the dissolution of the ligustilide and ferulic acid in Ligusticum walliehii and α-cyperone in Rhizoma cyperi. Methods An HPLC method was established for the determination of ligustilide, ferulic acid and α-cyperone. The content of these index components were extracted via three methods, including alco- hol followed by ether, alcohol percolation, and water boiling. Results The total active constituents from the two Chinese medi- cines had the highest yield from petroleum ether extraction followed by 75% ethanol. Conclusion The combination of division and remerging extraction approach improves the dissolution and extraction rate of active ingredients as well as reduces the loss of unstable components.
