摘要
目的:观察祛胰抵方对2型糖尿病心肌病大鼠血清肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的影响,探讨祛胰抵方改善2型糖尿病心肌病心肌损害的作用机制。方法:通过高脂饮食联合链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病大鼠模型,实验将大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、二甲双胍组、中药高剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药低剂量组6组。分别给予相应药物12周,检测空腹血糖(FPG),总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),空腹胰岛素(FINS)及肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平,光镜下观察心肌结构。结果:祛胰抵方中、高剂量组具有降糖作用,可有效改善糖尿病心肌病大鼠TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FINS及cTnI水平,光镜观察结果显示祛胰抵方中、高剂量组可减轻DC大鼠心肌细胞的炎性浸润。结论:祛胰抵方可能通过改善心肌物质和能量代谢,改善胰岛素敏感性,减轻炎症等作用机制,降低cT-nI水平,从而达到保护心肌细胞的作用。
Objective: To observe the influence of Quyidi prescristion in type 2 diabetes cardiomyopathy rats on serum troponin I(cTnI),to explore the Quyidi prescription to improve type 2 diabetic cardiomyopathy myocardial damage mechanism of action.Methods: Through the high fat diet combined chain urea with bacteria hormone(STZ) establish a diabetic rats model,the rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,metformin group,high dose group of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine in dose group,low dose group of six groups of traditional Chinese medicine.Respectively to medicine for 12 weeks,detect fasting plasma glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),fasting insulin(FINS) and troponin I(cTnI) level,light-microscopy myocardial structure.Results: The Quyidi prescription medium,high dose groups had hypoglycemic effect,and could effectively improve the diabetic cardiomyopathy rats TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C,FINS and cTnI level,light microscopic observation on the results of Quyidi prescription medium and high dose groups may reduce the inflammatory infiltration of rats' myocardial cells in DC.Conclusion: The Quyidi prescription may improve myocardial matter and energy metabolism,improve insulin sensitivity,reduce inflammation mechanism,reduce cTnI level so as to achieve the role of protecting myocardial cells.
