摘要
目的:研究桑叶多糖对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠血糖及血脂的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠以高脂高糖饲料加小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立T2DM大鼠模型。将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、T2DM组、桑叶多糖高、中、低剂量治疗组。检测大鼠空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)、胆固醇(CH)的含量。结果:桑叶多糖具有降低血糖和抑制血脂升高的作用。结论:桑叶多糖对治疗2型糖尿病具有多项调节作用。
Objective：To investigate the effect of mulberry leaves polysaccharide（MLP） to FPG,blood lipids on rats with type 2 diabetes.Methods：The rats model with Type 2 diabetes were induced by high calorie feeding and small dose injection of STZ.Wistar rats were randomly divided into different groups,such as diabeticmodel treated with MLP and normal control group.The levels of FPG,TG,HDL,LDL,CH were measured at the end of 12 weeks.Results： FMP could decrease blood sugar and restrain the rising of blood lipid.Conclusion： MLP has a multiply regulative function for treating Type2 diabetes.
